Production & Facilities

From concept to completion, everything happens under one roof. With our fully equipped design studio, advanced print technology, and specialist finishing areas, we have the tools and talent to handle every stage of your print project. Here’s a look at our in-house capabilities:

Litho Print

We have a full selection of Heidelberg and Roland presses ranging in size from B3 up to B2, with print from single colour up to five colours plus coater.

Digital Print

Our latest addition to Wallace printers is our Xerox® Colour J75 Digital Printing Press, it offers us the ability to offer quick turnarounds, one of prints that’s affordable to every day businesses.

In-House Design Studio

From setting up business forms, to logo design, branding etc we offer a complete graphic design service for print.

Delivery

Throughout Britain and abroad using our own vans and trusted national and international couriers.

Whether you need creative design ideas or high quality print, we’ve got you covered with our in-house team and state of the art equipment.

Leaflets & Flyers

Printed on various weights of silk, gloss or uncoated stocks, typically produced in A5, A4 and DL sizes. Many folds and formats are available.

Multipart NCR Sets, Books & Pads

Typically 2–4 part loose sets Suitable for invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders, they can be printed on separately and re-collated. Options include numbering, file holes, and similar extras as books or pads.

Calendars & Wall Planners

We produce calendars in all shapes and sizes from A3 and A4 wall hung calendars, to desk ‘tent’ style calendars. Wall planners can also be produced up to A2 in size.

Business Cards

Produced to your specification on up to 400gsm stock. Extra finishes are available such as lamination, spot uv varnish and foil blocking.

Printed Stationery

Letterheads, continuation sheets and compliment slips produced to your specification, can be produced on all widely available stocks.

Presentation Folders

Available in tab-interlocking or glued pocket styles, our presentation folders come in a range of four or six page layouts with optional business card slits. Finishes include lamination, spot UV and foil blocking.

Brochures & Catalogues

We can produce brochures in various page counts and sizes. Saddle stitched or perfect bound, with or without pockets on the covers. All can be completed with additional finishes such as lamination, spot uv varnish and foil blocking if needed.
